We've identified an issue in the presets section of reports that affects Progress and Closeout reports pulled since 6/6/26.
The preset metrics are, for each preset:
Clients with the preset active |
___Clients with the preset completed at least once |
Expected behavior is that these metrics are the number of enrollments that had the preset active and the preset completed at least once.
Actual behavior since 6/6/26 has been that these metrics are the number of times a preset goal was active and completed.
This issue primarily affects organizations that have phased programs or have clients who both participate in multiple programs and use the same preset in multiple programs.
